Question 1

What is CoachSUITE?

Accepted Answer

CoachSUITE is a set of five connected coaching tools: CoachTIMING for timing and analysis, CoachWATCH for manual timing, CoachLINK for connecting timing hardware, CoachDISPLAY for showing live results, and CoachCLOUD for accounts, data, and license management.

Question 2

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Create a CoachID, sign in, choose the license that fits your role and usage, and download the software available to your account. If your venue uses timing hardware, contact us so we can confirm the right CoachLINK and decoder setup before you begin.

Question 3

Do I need a separate account for each CoachSUITE tool?

Accepted Answer

No. Your CoachID is the account you use across CoachSUITE. After signing in, your dashboard gives you access to your account area, plans, orders, and eligible downloads.

Question 4

Can I time athletes manually without a decoder?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CoachTIMING supports manual input, and CoachWATCH can be used as a manual stopwatch for individuals or teams. Automated timing requires a compatible timing setup.

Question 5

Which MYLAPS hardware works with CoachTIMING?

Accepted Answer

CoachTIMING is designed to work with MYLAPS ProChip decoders, including Portable, Smart, and TableTop models, together with a detection loop and ProChips. CoachLINK connects the timing hardware to CoachTIMING. Ask us to verify your existing setup before ordering.

Question 6

Is CoachWATCH a physical stopwatch?

Accepted Answer

CoachWATCH is the manual timing interface used to record athletes and teams, not a standalone handheld stopwatch sold as hardware. It can connect to CoachTIMING by QR code so session and timing data stay together.

Question 7

What do I need to use CoachDISPLAY?

Accepted Answer

You need a screen at the venue and a CoachSUITE timing source. CoachDISPLAY can show live lap or section times and can be used with CoachTIMING and a CoachLINK-connected setup. The best configuration depends on the screen, network, and timing hardware at your location.

Question 8

What can I manage in CoachCLOUD?

Accepted Answer

CoachCLOUD is the central account and management area for CoachSUITE. It brings together licenses, users, athlete data, and connected tools so coaches and organizations can manage access and keep their setup organized.

Question 9

Which license should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Plans are organized for athletes, coaches or teams, and organizations. The available features and limits are shown on each current plan, including athlete, session, and device allowances where applicable. Compare those live plan details rather than choosing only by team size.

Question 10

Can I change or renew my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When signed in, open the Plans area in your account portal to view your current license and the upgrade, downgrade, or renewal actions available for it. Only one license plan can be placed in the cart at a time.

Question 11

Where can I find prices and plan limits?

Accepted Answer

The pricing page loads the current plans and their feature limits. Prices shown at checkout are the amounts used for your order. For a facility or a setup that includes CoachLINK hardware, contact CoachSUITE for a configuration-specific proposal.

Question 12

Where can I read the refund, warranty, and license terms?

Accepted Answer

CoachSUITE keeps its Terms & Conditions, privacy policy, end-user license agreement, warranty information, returns policy, and other legal documents together on the Legal page. Those documents govern purchases and software use.

Question 13

Where do I download CoachSUITE software and documents?

Accepted Answer

Use the Download Center for official and beta software releases, guides, and documents. Public files can be downloaded directly; files tied to an account or license require you to sign in first.

Question 14

What should I send when asking for technical help?

Accepted Answer

Include the CoachSUITE product you are using, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any error message you can see. For timing or display issues, also mention your decoder, device, screen, and network setup. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Question 15

How can I contact CoachSUITE?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact form, email coachsuite@studio2.nl, or call +31 85 2017785. The contact form is the best place to describe a product, account, pricing, or technical question in detail.
